Making Them Work for Us

           In the article "Dreams: making them work for us," the author states that people can survive better because of dreams. Joseph had bad dreams many nights in a week. His dream usually affected his life. He felt tired and couldn’t work. Dr. Kramer finds a lot of dreams have messages for people to help them and he believes that understanding dream helps to make it better. And the researchers have many steps to remember the dreams. Also, Dr, Cartwright has steps to change a dream and control the bad part of it. The author believes that following dream therapy will help to change the bad dream. In concluding, the author’s opinion is that people can improve their lives with dreams because most of our dreams connect important messages.
