We can dream and control our dreams. That is what mr. Hartmann wants to explain in "Lucid Dream."Lucid dream means, I can dream when I'm aware and can have control of anything around me, for example, places, color, time and moving as I like. Then, mr. Hartmann writes about Stephen Laberge's technique. It is called MILD technique. That means, you can sleep and dream, then, if you like your dream you can come back and complete it with more lucidity. Also, you can practice doing better and better every time and get more enjoyment.
